In Jul. 2013, Azure introduces a various models of Ballard fuel cell development systems.


In May 2013, Both Azure and Canadian Ballard Power Systems Inc. signed memorandum of “Fuel Cell Industry Technology Transfer and Projects Localisation Cooperation". The MOU marks the formal cooperation in the field of fuel cell buses between Azure and Ballard.


In May 2013, Azure completed the integration of 50kW stationary power.


In Apr. 2013, Engineers went to Ballard’s factory for technology development training on a variety of fuel cell systems.


In Mar. 2013, Azure spent USD$2,000,000.00 to holds 10% shares and make acquisition of Danish Dantherm Power, Ballard’s subsidiary communications backup fuel cell company.


In Feb. 2013, Azure signed Industrialisation Cooperation Agreement of Hydrogen Fuel Backup Power.


In Nov. 2012, Azure successfully customised China Mobile collaborative projects of hydrogen fuel supply system.


In May 2012, It is approved that Azure and China Mobile will jointly conduct the project of thirty experimental stations.


In Mar. 2012, Azure proves to be one of China Communications Standards Association units.


In Feb. 2012, Azure succeeded in independently developing Intelligent Auxiliary Controller of backup fuel cell power.


In Oct. 2011, Engineers from Azure completed technical training in Denmark.


In Sep. 2011, Participating in the "2011 China International Telecommunications Exhibition", Azure receives the widespread attention and the high praise.


In Aug. 2011, Azure completed the integration of 1.7kW, 3.3kW, 5kW, and 10kW system.


In Jun. 2011, Azure signed an exclusive agency agreement of selling Dantherm Power products in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.


In Apr. 2011, Azure was set up in Beijing's Zhongguancun Development.
